My OP Binder is published by a private individual, on a non-professional and non-commercial basis. Article 6 III-2 of the French Act on Confidence in the Digital Economy allows a non-professional publisher to withhold their identity from the public, provided they have given it to their host. That is the case here: the site's host holds the publisher's full identity and can pass it to the judicial authorities on request.
The site is free today. Should it become paid, the publisher becomes a professional publisher and this page will then carry their full identity.

My OP Binder is an independent collectors' project: it is not published, sponsored or endorsed by Bandai, and is in no way affiliated with Bandai or Eiichiro Oda.
The code, the layout, the text written for the site and the price database built by My OP Binder remain the property of the publisher.
